James Molina - Mesa, AZ

James Molina (Republican) Mesa, AZ, is running for State Senate (District 19).  Chuck Gray has represented us well, and is now stepping down to give others the opportunity to serve in state leadership.  James Molina is a hard working, self taugh conservative, who has studied the issues for over a decade and is dedicated to representing us well.  His common sense approach to government is a breath of fresh air.  He relates well to us common folk, because he is one. I’ve listen to him speak on more than one occassion, and his answers are well thought out (not some snippet from a note card).  I know he cares about me and my family and for all the citizens of Arizona.  He will have his work cut out for him if elected to the Seante.  Our state is in worse shape than ever before.  Why anyone would sign up to tackle this mess is a little baffling.  I encourage all citizens of Arizona, regardless of your address or political leanings, to get out and vote on August 24th.  It’s your right… it’s your responsibility.

A Message From James Molina

When I was approached recently by members of my district (LD19) to run for the Arizona State Senate, it really caused me to pause and take inventory again of what’s most import in my life. My family, my freedoms, and my faith were definitely at the top of that list. But running for public office was not something I had considered.

So I took some time to discuss the opportunity with my family and with those who had encouraged my political participation. The end result was a real desire to make a difference and tackle the serious issues that face each of us in Arizona: jobs, education, and the budget. … so it’s no surprise to those that know me best, that I agreed to join the fight.

Please take a few minutes to look over the website and educate yourself on what my campaign is all about. I’m confident you’ll agree that there is still a measure of stormy weather ahead that will require real effort and sacrifice on each of our parts.

I encourage you to participate in our great democracy and take a personal interest in our community, state and country. Power belongs to the people, but only if we vote!

Primary voting date is August 24, 2010.
